Chapel St Leonards Hidden Gem
"Just been taken over by new owners who are very helpful and friendly , The guest house is beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Brilliant breakfast a real belly buster. Near to all attractions in the area. Stayed there last weekend really enjoyed our stay."

Superbly special home from home service
"Excellent throughout from the first email reponse to acknowledge a late arrival,to an amazing customer service throughout. So many lovely touches and acts of kindness, from supplying spare shampoo and conditioner which we had forgotten to bring,to a speciallying decorated birthday breakfast table on our last morning.☺nothing is too much trouble. The hosts are such a great team and their home is a real gem which they share so generously. The location is superbly situated to be able to take in the local quieter coastal beauty spots."
"The owners were lovely even went out of their way to get Vegetarian sausages because I had forgotten to say I was vegetarian. The décor of the room was great and it was a good size. I could not fault anything."
